Wellfleet Partners, Inc. (“WP” or the “Company”) is a boutique financial services and consulting firm in New York City. It was founded in 1998 and since then has been engaged, directly or through its affiliations, in a wide range of investment and merchant banking, venture capital, financial and strategic consulting services.
WPs initially located at 67 Wall Street in a private office and floor of a former financial services company. pursuant to the terms of Mr. Lev’s employment and Purchase Agreement from the sale of his prior Company, First Asset Management, Inc. Subsequently, WPs has moved to its present Midtown New York City location. In December 2008, Mark I. Lev, Esq., the co-founder, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer of WPs, is currently a licensed account executive and Managing Director with Sandgrain Securities, Inc. (“SG”), a seventeen-year old licensed broker dealer and a member of FINRA with approximately 40 registered reps and 3 branch offices across the country. SG offers asset management, independent research, insurance products and managed accounts. SG clears its transactions on a “fully disclosed basis” through Pershing, LLC, and has in the past participated in Private Placements. In addition, WPs and/or its Management-shareholders, maintain a majority interest in a subsidiary, Starobin Partners, Inc. (“Starobin”) and recently formed a strategic partnership with MRM Finance, LLC, a Beijing, China based company, to offer due diligence, advisory and consulting services for public and privately traded companies in China.

Wellfleet Partner’s, Inc. emphasis is to engage directly or through other entities in a variety of corporate finance, investment banking, venture capital, management consulting, short term bridge loans, convertibles and activities for private and publicly traded companies (through affiliates) and corporate advisory and consulting related activities to a broad range of emerging growth companies. WPs provides new business development growth initiatives and we help our corporate clientele to form new strategic alliances and joint ventures. We also offer them direction and often introduce professional intermediaries that provide them with investor and/or public relations, investor awareness, and financial communications consulting services. We act as a conduit and introduce them to the investment banking, and the institutional community as a whole. Subsequently, and through Sandgrain Securities, Inc., (“SG”) we engage in a wide variety of corporate finance endeavors, venture capital, short-term bridge loans, convertibles, reverse mergers and various fundraising activities for public and private companies, nationally and abroad. All Investment Banking related activities are currently rendered through SG. In addition, through SG, Mr. Lev offers financial and brokerage services and money management as well. WP has several strategic partnerships in London, England; Beijing, China; Raanana, Israel; Boca Raton, Florida; Southern California (Los Angeles & San Diego) as well as Northern California (Palo Alto).

Since inception, WPs has either rendered advisory services or closed financings (through its brokerage affiliates) in over 300 US and foreign companies and since January 2005, over 25 financings for 20 companies principally based in China.
