Stanley Wunderlich
CEO, Consulting for Strategic Growth I, Ltd.

Stanley Wunderlich, 56, founder and CEO of Consulting for Strategic Growth I, Ltd. (CFSG), brings to his clients more than 30 years of experience in investment banking and investor relations. A specialist in corporate development for small-cap companies and emerging foreign entities, he has participated in the formation of numerous “reverse mergers,” initial public offerings, private placements of equities and institutional private equity offerings. In addition to serving U.S. clients in industries as diverse as advanced battery technologies, wireless communications and biotechnology, he has helped companies based in China, South Africa and Canada to enter the U.S. financial markets.

Mr. Wunderlich has been a member of the Board of Advisors of Wellfleet Partners since January 2004 and also serves as Managing Director of KCSA Public Relations Worldwide. He is noted for the close relationships he has forged with key brokers/dealers, venture capitalists, institutional investors, research analysts, media personnel and other global private equity sources. Prior to founding CFSG, he helped launch two previous investment banking firms, the Renaissance Group and Krieger, Wunderlich, Fialkov, Scheinman & Company. He has also served as Managing Director at Moran & Co., as a Registered Principal at Dunhill Equities, and as Managing Director at Robert Todd Financial.

Mr. Wunderlich’s expertise in corporate finance activities has been well documented for over two decades. Listed in Who’s Who in Executive Management, he is a former member of LIFT (Long Island Forum for Technology) and the American Stock Exchange Arbitration panel. In 2003 and 2004, he served as a judge for the American Business Awards – “the business world’s own Oscar Awards.” He holds a B.A., an L.L.B., and an M.B.A. in executive management and is a member of various organizations, including The New York and Long Island Venture Capital Association. A proud former Marine and a two-time “Ironman” World Championship finisher, he is married, has four children, and currently resides in New York City with his lovely and inspiring wife, Meryl.
